WORKSHOP FOR PHARMA PRODUCT OWNERS
A full-day, in-person workshop for scientists working as product owners. Your team brings its real situations and leaves with five tools it can use straight away.

Product owners in pharma depend on stakeholders who have other priorities, different incentives and little time. Most scientists are trained to solve technical problems. Very few are trained to get a decision out of a busy stakeholder.
The workshop is built around the day-to-day of the product owner role: influencing and communication, supported by project management and prioritisation. Every example comes from your team's own pre-work.
Four themes, each with a take-home tool participants apply to their own situation.
1. Inflencing
Work out what each stakeholder is trying to protect before you ask them for anything.
Tool: stakeholder self-interest map
2. Communication
Open with the decision you need. Add only the background that changes the answer.
Tools: stakeholder translation guide and a five-element decision-ready presentation structure
3. Project management
Diagnose whether a delay comes from structure or a capability gap before anyone is blamed.
Tool: structural constraint checklist
4. Prioritising
Audit your own calendar and decide what to decline or delegate.
Tool: four-question meeting triage card
Step 1: Scoping call
20 to 30 minutes with you. We review the potential pre-work and agree which examples to build the day around.
Step 2: Pre-work
A week before, each participant answers two questions relating to a situation with one of their stakeholders and a project.
Step 3: The Workshop
About six hours in person. Pair exercises, individual work, and each person works their own real example through all four themes.
Step 4: Follo-up
A group call 4 to 6 weeks later, with you included, reviewing progress against the commitments made on the day.

I started my career researching ceramic composites for the aerospace industry. Since then I have worked on ice cream, inhalers, oral solid dose pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, ran technical teams and managed external manufacturers.
The materials changed with each move. The underlying science did not.
I built The The Omeigo®Profile from those 25 years: six recurring behaviours that hold technically capable scientists back, and what to do differently. Every participant is offered the free diagnostic after the day.
